When it comes to installing (or removing) new application to multiple network computers, system administrators' heartbeat rate jumps up. Really, this operation is often times a logistical nightmare. Walking over to each computer is impractical and often impossible, so the administrators either install applications to all network computers, even if some users don't need them, create new group policies or even go as far as creating their own custom programs or scripts.
