To extract the files from the database it is necessary to know the password. MSD Strongbox is ideal for safely transporting documents on removable disks and Pen Drives, as it can be installed on this type of storage devices. MSD Strongbox Multiuser is also available, allowing several users to share the information in a local area network with user access control. If you install the software on your home or office computer, you may protect your private files so that anyone can access them if they do not know the password with which they were stored in the program database. If you install the program on a Pen Drive or on a removable disk, you may take your private files anywhere safely, with the confidence that nobody will be able to read nor edit the files stored in the program database. If you install the Multiuser version of the program, several people connected in a local network may protect the private files of the company, with the possibility that all authorized users can store and extract files, or that each user can only extract the files that he has stored. MSD Strongbox features a first level data management technology, that allows to sort, group and filter the information by any field or combination of fields. Any combination of sorting, grouping or filtering can be visualized or printed in a report and also can be saved to disk in order to be recovered at any time.
