Fade is a graphical adventure game very similar in nature to classics such as Maupiti Island or Black Sect.
The adventure setting is both realistic and contemporary, brought to life through the use of entirely computer-generated, 65000-colour images.
The story setting:
"Louis lives a happy life with his wife Anne, in a small village. But what lies behind a quiet life, Louis knows severals problems related to his past : he's anmesic, makes strange dreams every night, experiment somnambulism crisis, follow a treatment for his daily headaches, and most of all, is in a very bad financial position.
When his richest customer, Mr Belleville, offers him a mysterious work, he has no choice but to accept without hesitation.
But soon, he'll get into a machiavelous adventure that goes behind his understanding, made with conspiracy, betrayal, and appearances. Against his will, Louis will fall into this infernal spiral to solve the deepest mystery ever, and meet his final destiny, whatever is the price to pay..." |  |
