L'ASTROLOGUE is an astrological software intended to compute, draw, and interpret natal charts on the Macintosh. It includes tools for forecast astrology and provides an integrated Atlas with more than 40,000 cities with time zone information, user's default city, and complete management. L'Astrologue can be used by professional or amateur astrologers or just by people who want to easily create their own charts. What's New: Version 5.5: QuickDraw routines have been replaced by Quartz routines for chart drawings, which are now "naturally" antialiased. L'Astrologue is now a pure Mach-O application and thus is no more compatible with OS 9. (The last version that can run under OS 9 is V5.4). Chart colors are now handled differently from previous releases. You have access to 10 colors kits, 9 of them are predefined and the first one (the user kit) can be redefined to meet your own taste. To handle color kits, go to the item "Preferences-Chart Colors" in the menu Parameters. To cycle through the different colors kits, click on the button with the icon in main chart's view or use the keys ⌘ + =. The menu "Chart" has a new item named "Resizable Chart" which opens the current chart in a resizable window. Three convenient control items have also been added to the menu "Chart" : Change Color Kit (⌘ + =) Change Orientation (⌘ + /) Toggle Longitudes (⌘ + *) You can now use the new menu named Web to link directly to our website or to send us an email. Compressed chart printing has been improved. Charts can be printed with the color kit of your choice. Correction of other minor bugs. | |
