Tales of Lorea (ToL) is a Hack'n'Slash Role Playing Game with a retro look and feel. As a young man determined to prove his worth, you travel to Lorea, a land torn apart by the ongoing struggle between the once peaceful inhabitants and the hordes of monsters that have invaded from the north and now occupy most of the land. ToL's character development system is exponential, which allows your character to keep growing consistently even at high levels, instead of reaching the typical "plateau" that similar games often reach after your character has gained 20 or so levels. What's New: Version 1.4.2.: increased difficulty for the whole mid-game by about 20% (from Capitalis dungeon to Spiders Lair) deaths count in PlayerStats now is kept up to date even if reloading (from same game file)fixed bug occasionally preventing Dartan from appearing in the Ancient Ruins removed graphical glitches on Berazi's rooomfrog n.3 is now regularly running every race (!)few other minor cosmetics |
