Rune is a 3D action game of heroic fantasy action based on the mythology of the Viking peoples. Rune is slated for a release in late 2000 using an enhanced version of the Unreal Engine. Players take on the role of Ragnar the Viking, a young warrior about to enter into manhood and take his rightful place next to his father as a warrior of his village. Live the story in single-play mode; multi-play modes will offer a unique experience based on the same intense melee-combat system as the single-player game. |
