PortTerm is designed to give developers easy access to serial ports in OS X. It's a tool for writing to and reading from serial ports via a GUI. It includes the ability to write from a file and log data to a file. What's New: Version 1.5.1: Adds loopback mode. Custom baud rates can now be entered provided that the USB to Serial adapter's drivers support arbitraty baud rates. Flow control (handshaking) support if the drivers allow flow control. GUI changes: pin toggler and PortNet server have been added to the main view and selection viewer has been removed. |
