Juxtapose Folders places two folders in juxtaposition. This mean you can open two folders side by side to compare their content. Each file has a status icon next to it, the status icon shows you which files are the same or exist in both folders and which files are different or are unique to their folder. Juxtapose Folders is not a replacement for FileMerge or the command line program diff. These application all serve different purposes. In fact FileMerge integration is planned for a future version.
