Wings 3D is a polygon mesh modeler inspired by Nendo and Mirai from Izware. It is possible to assign materials, vertex color, UV coordinates and textures, but there will be improvements in those features before Wings goes 1.0. What's New: Version 0.98.22c: Notes: Extract Region crash fixed (again). (Problem reported by gurubvinn.) It is now possible to changes made in AutoUV by undoing in the Geometry window. Also, if any topological change is made to an object in the Geometry window (such as Extrude), the changes will be reflected in the AutoUV window. By Raimo: Now the view names (for Saved Views) are saved in the scene. Smart highlighting will be enabled in Tweak mode only if the "Smart Highlighting" has been enabled in Edit|Preferences. (In previous releases, smart highligthing was always enabled in Tweak mode.) Tweak mode will now remember the magnet radius between invocations. (Suggested by GetaVe.) |
