ACal is a web-based event calendar. The ACal Project started in 2003 to develop a simple calendar that's easy to use and install. It started out as a calendar hosting service but since that became too much work it became an open source project instead. In 2004 it became a Sourceforge.net project and the calendar was completely rewritten in PHP. The goal for this project is to make a calendar that virtually anyone can install using a simple FTP client. What's New: Version 2.2.2 was released to fix two bugs. First of all a bug when clicking on single digit days in the month view to get into the day view and second, a bug where after installing you can login with a blank username and password. |
