NoMorePaper allows document archivement by using a scanner. Every document (one or more pages) is saved on a Database with: Company Protocol Date of Protocol Class Object Note Owner Every added record is also saved as a XML descriptor file to make publishing data on internet easy. You can establish a list of users who can receive by email added records (and pictures linked), simply by activating the email option on the left toolbar. You can also query the db to find documents. |
